CUBA NEXT TRUMP ESCAPADE

Trump has imposed an oil embargo on Cuba. This has real-world consequences in Cuba. A doctor with no petrol can't travel to work. The tourist industry, one of Cuba's main income sources, is suspended. As a Cuban commentator said: "Cubans WILL die due to the embargo".
What does the USA want ? Unlike Iran, where there were no clear War aims - just kill the Ayatollah and Iran will capitulate Trump thought. If he indeed thinks, then he must be thinking again.
With Cuba, however, there does seem to be objectives to be achieved:
1. Change of regime. NOT "regime change", just someone else in power.
2. Ability of Cuban "refugees', mostly living in South Florida, to be able to invest and trade with Cuba.
One thing Trump doesn't want is more Cuban refugees. That's why bombing or troop deployment won't happen.
The new leader will be part of the Castro family, but with a new relationship with the USA.
